Use of the banana plant in a way you have never seen before

Course Overview: We will show you and elaborate together with you how to creatively use the banana plant. We focus hereby not only on the yellow ripe banana as you know it but use different parts and stages of the whole plant.

We have the aim to inspire you to see food and its production as well as its consumption a little differently after our course and hope to do our part in nuding the world to a more sustainable place. The banana plant can be a great way to substitute other veggies or even meats from our table and use what we have in abundance on hand here on the canaries.
