Taller de Bokashi – fertilizante liquido –
Bokashi is a liquid fertilizer that can be done super easy by everyone looking to give an ecological but strong boost of nutrients to your plants. Bokashi is Japanese and means “fermented organic matter.” Developed in the early 1980s by Dr. Teuro Higa, a professor at the University of the Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan, the method uses kitchen scraps in layers (vegetables and fruits, as well as meat and dairy scraps) enabling the reduction of your biological waste to a minimum. At Finca Encuentro we showed how to do a simple version with just a few ingredients that could be purchased in your local supermarket.
