More Than Just a Place to Stay

The Finca

Built in the 19th century, the finca was once a banana monoculture like so many others. Across 6000m², we have renovated the old farmhouse by hand and created a unique space that includes gardens, a greenhouse, a community kitchen and different accommodation options ranging from single and double rooms to family rooms and even a tiny house. Although we are not connected to the public power grid, the finca runs entirely on 100% solar energy. Guests enjoy hot water, showers, toilets, washing facilities and WiFi throughout the finca.

A Space Built to Grow Ideas

Our greenhouse

Built from recycled wood and reclaimed windows, this 55 m² space was created to be an allrounder. Surrounded by our thriving food forest, it serves as a flexible space for workshops, trainings, yoga retreats and online classes. Climbing maracuja plants naturally provide shade and create a unique atmosphere and soft natural light. Framed by greenery and equipped with power outlets, wifi and seating and workspace for up to 25 people, the greenhouse can easily transform into a mobile classroom or inspiring retreat space.

The Heart of Our Community

Open Air Kitchen

Our 50 m² outdoor kitchen is designed for community, creativity and shared experiences. With space for up to 25 people, it features three cooking stations with four gas burners each, a movable kitchen island, grill area and both covered and open-air seating options. Powered by a solar roof and surrounded by nature, the kitchen is perfect for workshops, retreats, group dinners and events. Dishwashers, flexible workspaces and a thoughtful layout create a practical yet relaxed atmosphere where people naturally come together.

Our Green Allrounder

Green Arch

Hidden in a quieter part of the finca, the Green Arch is one of our most unique outdoor spaces. Built from recycled pallet wood and supplied with electricity, while naturally covered by climbing passion fruit vines, the structure creates a living green roof that provides shade, fresh air, and the feeling of being fully immersed in nature. Located just behind our office area, the space offers both privacy and easy access to the finca’s facilities. With 60 m² of space and room for up to 30 people, the Green Arch is ideal for workshops, yoga sessions, community gatherings, and creative events.
