Casa Rosa is located in Finca Encuentro, an initiative dedicated to ecological education.
It is an old house, built in 1900, completely renovated with love and care. It has solar energy, the roof is insulated with natural insulation. It is a typical Canarian house, with 60 cm walls and modern day comfort.
It is situated in Las Dehesas, a green lung, rural and quiet area, with view to Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic Ocean.

It is 25 minutes walk from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, 15 minutes from the shopping centre El Trompo. Public transport nearby.
In the renovation of the house care was taken to use natural resources.
In Casa Rosa you can enjoy a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The tiny house is fully equipped for a dream stay.
It has a double bed and a double sofa bed so it can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Extendable to eight people.
Outside there is a driveway with manual gate.
